Our Story
Meridian started in 2011 when our founder got tired of the noise. Financial crisis had just reshuffled everything, and he noticed something: clients who'd hedged with actual commodities fared better than those holding paper. He spent 18 months building relationships with suppliers, refineries, and storage facilities across Eastern Europe and beyond. By 2013, we had our first institutional mandate. We've grown quietly since then—now managing interests across 47 different commodity positions and real asset holdings. Never chased trends. Never needed to.
